Delivery & refund information

All returns for reasons other than 'Defective Goods' are subject to a collection charge. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods.

To cancel your order you must inform us in writing, or by email. We will accordingly arrange for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods less the cost incurred by us for collection (this cost is the charge made to us by a courier).

All goods must be repackaged as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was used to make the purchase within 30 days of you requesting the refund.
